• Collection and consolidation of data for Scope 3 reporting according to new legislative requirements e.g. Accounting Act (use of CRIF – shared bank questionnaire), CSI (HK), non-financial report data (in the future).
• IT support for automation.
• Defining a uniform data standard, keeping it up to date and accurate.
• Standard for calculation of carbon footprint (e.g. GHG) and data access by individual entities.

Objectives/activities

• Mapping the range of questions for the survey by sector/business size (by materiality – ESRS – reporting as early as 2024).
• Compliance with auditors’ requirements for granularity Scope 3 – defining the carbon footprint calculation (if not documented).
• Defining the principles of sharing with respect to GDPR and also defining the principles of updating/verifying data accuracy.
